I wanting help writing out a new measure to sum up information within the below table. Power Bi isn't quite calculating an average for me correctly, so I believe I need one more step in the process. Below are the some example details.
Table Name: FactMarkupApplied
| Loan Number | Markup Type | Markup Dollars |
| 12345 | Branch | 300 |
| 12345 | Retail | 100 |
| 45678 | Branch | 350 |
| 45678 | Retail | 450 |
I want a measure that sums up the total markup dollars for a given loan number.
Loan 12345 total markup dollars is $400
Loan 45678 total markup dollars is $800
The reason I want a measure is so I can pull that measure into a visualiation and then take the average markup dollars by loan number. In the above example, the average markup dollars by Loan Number is $600.

May be
Measure = SUM ( Table1[Markup Dollars] ) / DISTINCTCOUNT ( Table1[Loan Number] )
May be
Measure = SUM ( Table1[Markup Dollars] ) / DISTINCTCOUNT ( Table1[Loan Number] )
