Help Me!! power BI matrix with indicators on rows

Is it possible to insert indicators on rows and dimensions as columns?

    alops , you can only do formatting only  for values  in a matrix. That to you have do for all the measures/values.

     

    No formatting on rows and columns

      I have this situation I want to bring the indicators on the rows and the dimension on the columns.

      Is there any way?
