Help!! Matrix sorting problems

Im having a problem, im tryng to sort asc and desc in a matrix table. The rows marked are the ones i can really sort just by using the small arrow, but the other rowns for some reason do not respond. Is any magic i can use ? last resort, is if possible, to create a some  kind of filter (asc and desc) for the rows that do not move, but i dont know how to do it.

@FilipeCarv , The first field can sort asc/desc on data, the Second can sort inside the first one, and so on. They can work on clicking using three dots -> sort
