Help. I don't know how to do it

Hello everyone,

I don´t know how to visualize the next requerimets in powerbi. I have next data structure in a table:

Tanks : From 1 to 5

Racks: From 1 to 5

Levels: From 1 to 5

Positions: From 1 to 100

Records example:

Tank | Rack | Level | Position

1| 1| 1| 1

1| 1| 1| 2

1 | 1 | 1| 2,3  (Some times a record can ocuppy more than one position)

2| 1| 1| 1

.....

....

I attach a image about what I would like to visualize.

I would appreciate any ideas . Best regads

jgamella  sorry but I don't know exactly what you're asking. Can you please provide more info on what your data looks like when you pull it into Power BI and exactly how you want it to look? You've only provided one image so it's not clear if that's the input or desired output.

  • Hello

I have a table with the next example data: I have more than 3000 records

I have 5 boxes or tanks with the next structure: Rack :from 1 to 5 and levels from 1 to 5. In each level has 100 positions, it is a place where I keep one object (sample code)

Now I would like to visualize the 100 position for each Tank, rack and level that I have with PBI

Some positions are ocuppied and others are empty.

    Thanks in advance

    BS

jgamella Do you need to see all the blanks, or just what positions are occupied? You won't be able to replicate exactly your first image, but you could maybe try a treemap or custom visual?

    Hi  jgamella ,

    I created some data:

Whether you can accept the display through the calendar

Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. “Get more visual” – Beyondsoft Calendar.

    2. Create measure.

    Measure =
    MAX('Table'[Sample Code]) &" "&
    MAX('Table'[Rack]) &" "&
    MAX('Table'[Level]) &" "&
    MAX('Table'[Position])

    3. Result:

    Best Regards,
