Help! Cannot access to Capacity Settings under Power BI Admin portal

User has Power BI Premium per User (PPU) license. However, the user cannot access Capacity settings under Admin portal.
It says that this user needs to purchase Power BI Premium license to use this feature.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

  • In the screenshot you have of the admin portal, you are on the Power BI Premium tab, however, you do not have Power BI Premium (this would be a P1, P2, P3...). Try clicking the Trial tab.

    Hi lonuk ,

All users within your organization can see the Power BI Premium tab, but they only see contents within it if they're assigned as either a Capacity admin or a user that has assignment permissions. If a user doesn't have any permissions, the following message appears:

My goal is to use AI with Dataflows. To use this feature, I will need to enable AI under Capacity settings. However, I can't access it as the system says I need to purchase Power BI Premium per User.

This is weid because my account already has PPU license.
