Help! Can't Log On to Power BI - What's High Performance Computing Got to Do With It?
Hey there,
I hope someone can help me out because I'm feeling super lost right now. I'm diving into the world of Power BI and high performance computing (or at least trying to), but I've hit a major roadblock. Every time I try to log in to Power BI, I get hit with a "Logon Failed" message. Ugh, frustrating, right?
So, here's my story: I've been working on this fancy high performance computing setup (well, at least I think it's fancy), and I thought it was time to connect it to Power BI to visualize some data. But no matter what I do, I can't seem to get past this logon problem. It's like Power BI doesn't want to be friends with my computer.
I've double-checked my username and password a million times, and I'm pretty sure I'm entering them correctly. But the darn thing keeps giving me the cold shoulder. Could this have anything to do with my high performance computing setup? I mean, I've heard that these setups can be a bit tricky sometimes.
Is there some secret handshake between Power BI and high performance computing that I'm missing out on? Or maybe my computer is too fast for Power BI to handle? (If that's even a thing.)
I've read about clearing cache and cookies, but honestly, I'm not even sure where to find those on my computer. And there's something about firewalls and proxy settings that people mention, but that's like speaking a different language to me.
If anyone out there has any clue what's going on or if you can explain things like I'm a total newbie, I'd be so grateful. Like, really break it down for me step by step. I'm eager to get into the Power BI world and make sense of my data, but this logon issue is driving me nuts.

Where are you trying to login to, Power BI Desktop (downloaded app on your computer) or the Power BI Service (in your browser)? Are you trying to sign in with a company account or personal?
