Internal in our organization, we have a chart in Tableau that shows a KPI based heatmap that shows Business Line by Month. And if the threshold of data exceeds X%, it is red; otherwise green.
Does Power BI have any custom visuals that resemble to what I describe? I have attached a DOCTORED image of what we want to achieve.

I think table heatmap, r visual, matrix visual(conditional color formatting feature) will suitable for your requirement.

You can do the exact same conditional formating you did on the background color for the font color as well. The values will then be invisible.

Did you means color legends bar? if this is a case, current it not contains any options to turn off it.
