Hi,
I have an excel file which have the data-
Tenure- in Decimal values (eg 1.26,1.75...etc)
Levels- Associate, Senior, Manager, SM, Partner
I wanted a bar graph where,
Y axis is the headcount numbers, X Axis is bucketed ( 0-1yrs, 1-2yrs, 2-5yrs, 5-10yrs, 10+yrs)
In bar graph, I want to show how many levels are there in each bucketed years (eg: 0-1yrs 5 Associates, 2 Seniors) like the individual count of each levels.
Can anyone help ?

You can add column to your table to create the create the bracket and use on the X axis:
Bracker =
SWITCH(
TRUE(),
Table3[Tenure] >=0 && Table3[Tenure] <= 1, "0-1",
Table3[Tenure] > 1 && Table3[Tenure] <= 2, "1-2",
Table3[Tenure] > 2 && Table3[Tenure] <= 5, "2-5",
Table3[Tenure] > 5 && Table3[Tenure] <= 10, "5-10",
"> 10"
)
