Having multiple lines on line graph using Maximo kpihistory table as the data source.

Yes. You can create one more column with whatever name you want to give for each ID and use that column in the legend. You also can define the ID and name in excel and get the excel inside the POwer BI desktop and join with ID column and use that name column.

IAfter what you said I realise I already had the kpimain table as a direct connection so have made the join with that. All now working as I need.
