Having a challenge with a Sankey chart - please help

Hi all, thanks in advance for any help/guidance with this.

I posted before about wanting to track a pathway over time and (wrongly) assumed that simply using the Sankey visualisation I would get what I needed - you can see that post here > https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Desktop/How-to-chart-changes-over-time-from-one-item-to-an...

I'm having trouble with the summarise function (which I believe is necessary) to give me a three level flow and that I need somehow to make a count of the Via column to do this?

Example data below and I'm keen to chart the volume of A to B to C points to show totals of From flowing into Totals of Via flowing into Totals of To

The closest I can find on the forum is this post - https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Desktop/How-to-create-multi-level-sankey-diagram-Sankey-vi... but for the life of me, I can't seem to get it to work..! I keep getting the below type 'map' which isn't as expected. I'm trying to get that 'simple' 3 step flow... Please send help!!

Just to add to this, I have a distinct additional column that would go with this (in this example it could be names of the travellers (all unique))

I'm getting closer to the desired outcome (but still some way to go) so if anyone does have an idea or pointers, these would be greatly received!
