Have to Refresh Manually - Need a fix

Please excuse my ignorance, I am a Power BI newbie.
 
I manage a dashboard that I created in desktop. I have about 5 different data sources:
  1. MySQL database (view 1)
  2. MySQL database (view 2)
  3. MySQL database (view 3)
  4. SharePoint Online Folder 1
  5. SharePoint Online Folder 2
 
I do not have access or permission to change and streamline the MySQL database view, I'm aware that would be ideal. Here is where the issue occurs. In "SharePoint Online 2", I merge the column "Image URL" to both "MySQL database (view 1)" and "MySQL database (view 2)" and because both of MySQL views contain sensitive information I have to put the privacy level to "Private". The rest of the data sources are marked as "Organizational".
The merge from "SharePoint Online 2" and both of MySQL database views fail when trying to refresh.
Error I get:
Query 'MySQL database (view 1)' (step 'Renamed Columns5') is accessing data sources that have privacy levels which cannot be used together. Please rebuild this data combination.
Query 'MySQL database (view 2)' (step 'Replaced Value12') is accessing data sources that have privacy levels which cannot be used together. Please rebuild this data combination.
I have been trying to figure out how to make this work and refresh on its own instead of having to open the dashboard on desktop and refreshing it myself and republishing it. I use these columns to use the "Simple Image" visual.
Any ideas of how I can fix this? It's driving me crazy.

    The privacy levels exist to prevent people from combining data from vastly different privacy levels - e.g. confidential with public data. That's their purpose, so they're working as intended - if you want to join them, set them all to the same level (e.g. organizational). They don't "do" anything on their own, so changing the level from private to organization isn't going to affect permissions or anything like that.
