Have one slicer influence another slicer based on selection of first

Hello fellow answer seekers. I am looking to create a slicer that influences another slicer when the first is selected. I have 7 regions that have 5-6 different markets that have 12-18 different locations. When I selected one region, I would like to have 5-6 hidden slicers that populate the different market numbers one per slicer that will be attached to 5-6 different tables. The tables would filter the locations based off of the market number in the slicer. Is this possible?

I am looking for the slicers to auto generate based on the selected region. This way if I want to look at one Region I can see all the locations in the different markets. I am trying to avoid clicking multiple options.

You cannot generate visuals on the fly (except for specific Power BI Embedded scenarios)

After some thinking, I figured out the best option. Create Mulitple slicers but do not have them interact with the other tables or the regional slicer. This means that I have 1 of my market slicers having a market selected from each region, and when a select different regions, only the market select for the region is shown. If I have 6 different market slicers, they can be attached to six different tables, thus one slicer adjust adjusts different slicers and visuals differently.

Consider using a hierarchy instead. As you know, slicer visuals accept more than one column.
