Have Slicers Defaulted based on User-Locale

We have reporting this is viewed by users in different parts of the world. So, as you would imagine, some want to see Metric and some want to see US measurements. We currently have a slicer that controls this through a disconnected table set up. 

Question: The slicer is defaulted to metric. Is there a way to have it load as whatever the user's locale is? i.e. - It default loads as metric for people in Europe and default loads as US for people in the US...
