Have Region Name, but not state

Hello - 

I have an Excel doc with Region (SW, NW, etc.) with Sales. There is nothing indicating State/Zip, etc..

What I want is to create a map that shows the States grouped into regions (map of US with New England, all Blue, Southwest, all red, ) etc.

Any suggestions?

@Westy2 , You have to bring in a shape map with those regions
