Hi,

Can someone please tell me there is a way....

I have the data (You should be able to see) but I want it to add up the duration (New) column for each agent, secondary status on each date.

 

For example, I just want one row stating that NicoleW has been in 'Away from desk' for 01:56:44 and the same for each agent for each date for each status....

Any help will be good..
