Handling Data and Queries for a big survey data

batranikhil , Best is unpivot. I think as long as it a few 100 K or around 1 M, it should work fine. Desktop sometimes slows down. but should work on power bi service.
You can take a small sample of desktop and later change the excel file/source and publish
