Helper IVHR Management Dashboard
I'm wondering if someone can help me to start creating my new Power BI for HR.
I have a table
Name
ID number
Entry Date
Leave Date
Status (Active & Inactive)
I need to get number of the ff:
Current Employee
Hired Employee
Terminated Employees
Last Period Employee
Employee Change %
And will be filtered by year.

tebtim19I tried to follow this like the hired employeeI get an error message, might because I only have Entry date and leave date column. Do I need to create column for month, year and date?
