HR Dashboard

I'm just new in Power BI, might someone have idea how can I start to get the ff:

 

Number of New Hired employees

Total Active Employees

Total Inactive Employees

Hired Employees

Terminated Employees

%terminated

%hired

 

This was my sample table:

You need to use employee ID in current employee. Also do not use .date, if there is no timestamp

 

You need to create a date table with month year. Please find the file attached after signatures
