i think you are supposed to have an employeeid or name column.
select that column and unpivot other columns in PQ
then create a dim table.

means 10 active staff and 2 inactive staff that month - not sure i am getting ur question though
are we looking at the Jun -23 or Jun -24? if Jun-23(the first column), I only see one IN. If Jun-24, I didn't see any IN in that column.
HI Ryan,
in June 2023 there are 9 active sales staff and 1 inactive, means this guy didnt join the company in June 2023. he joined in Feb 2024 - so he is marked active from Feb 2024. I need some chart or matrix where its possible to see each month count of As and count of INs;
e.g., like below matrix or if there is any visual chart, kindly suggest
