HOW TO GET AVERAGE BASED ON MONTH

Hi,&nbsp;I have a sharepoint list data source, which has the following columns, i want to calculate average based on month, below i have shown only for one month but there are other months as wellAA=8BB=15&nbsp;AVERAGE=(8+15)/2&nbsp;date&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Employee&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Projects hrs10/3&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;AA&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;210/3&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;BB&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 510/4&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;AA&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;310/4&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;BB&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;410/5&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;AA&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 310/5&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;BB&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;6&nbsp;

averagemeasure = divide(sum([projects hrs]),distinctcount([employee]))
&nbsp;
This'll work overall, put the date in a matrix/table and navigate to a month by month level
