I just installed and this error appear, i can't sign in on PowerBI

Microsoft.Data.Mashup.Preview.DownloadManifestResult+JsonRemoteExtensionInfoArray.Encountered unexpected character '<'

I'm getting the same issue in JAN23 version but only when our corporate policy blocks internet access. Once approved for internet access then i don't get the error at launch

@tien , Make sure no windows updates are pending. If there are any installed those first. Uninstall and install power bi again.
