HELP: Facebook Analytics using Power BI

    Hi TheRealJohn02,

     

    I have made a test with follow the Tutorial: Facebook analytics using Power BI Desktop and I could get data sccessfully.

     

    When we click 'Sign in' and enter your facebook account, it should connect data successfully.

     I can't even log in using a different account. I've tried checking my facebook account to see if the Power BI app is authorized but it's not there. However, I don't know how to sign in from a different account. As you can see from the image above, there is no "Sign in from another user" button. 

     

     

    Sign in as a different account this option only appear when you sign in successfully for the first time and then you could sign in with another account.

It might be a security setting on your facebook account.

 

Try the same thing but connecting to the microsoft fb page as in the tutorial (search "Tutorial : Facebook analytics" on the ms docs). If you can connect and retrieve data then you know the problem is to do with your fb account
