HELP: Facebook Analytics using Power BI

Good day!

I am trying to analyze our facebook page using Power BI Desktop but an error keeps on popping up. The first time I tried it, Power BI asked me to input my facebook credentials, which I did, but I still can't analyze any data. 

When I click on the "Sign In" button, this box appears:

Then, when I try closing it, this box appears:

I can't even log in using a different account. I've tried checking my facebook account to see if the Power BI app is authorized but it's not there. However, I don't know how to sign in from a different account. As you can see from the image above, there is no "Sign in from another user" button. I've also tried clearing the Global Permissions from the Data Source Settings but it didn't work. Even logging in and out of my Power BI account doesn't work. I've also tried reinstalling the Power BI desktop app. 

Please help me with this! I need to finish my reports soon. Thank you!!

I have made a test with follow the Tutorial: Facebook analytics using Power BI Desktop and I could get data sccessfully.

When we click 'Sign in' and enter your facebook account, it should connect data successfully.

Sign in as a different account this option only appear when you sign in successfully for the first time and then you could sign in with another account.

It might be a security setting on your facebook account.

Try the same thing but connecting to the microsoft fb page as in the tutorial (search "Tutorial : Facebook analytics" on the ms docs). If you can connect and retrieve data then you know the problem is to do with your fb account
