HELP! Avoid 0 to be ISBLANK()=True: Dynamic Title/ ISBLANK()/ What If Parameter

Hi!
I would like to get some advice on writing a dynamic DAX logic with ISBLANK() and What-if Parameters.

As the attached picture shows- I've created a What-If parameter, "Parameter-CoIns.". When there is no value entered (null), the preferred result would be showing a message of "Blank Value".

However, this parameter can be as minimum as 0. ISBLANK() will treat it as true, and it ended up will show the Blank Value message, even though the parameter has a value entered already.

-When a value is entered, the dynamic title shows the entered value.
The preferred result would be -- when 0 is entered, the value at the bottom will show 0.

Is there any way I can work around it?

Thank you in advance!

Hi , @jts_

According to your description, when you enter 0 , it shows the blank.

I test in my side, i find that when you first enter 0 , it will not identify the value .

You need to firest enter other number like the "0.1" , then you enter 0 , it will show correctly:
