HC Join and left

Hey All!

Thanks to whoever helped so far,

But I have not yet reached a solution even though I have come very close
Publishes the problem here again


something is wrong
I do not know to point out exactly what the problem is
I also do not close well to numbers

The logic is simple
Whoever was a month ago and today is not then he left
Anyone who was not a month ago and today is yes then joined

Attach again the file I arranged it a little more hope you understand

    Hi netanel ,

     

    Believe that the issue whit this calculations is regarding the dates of hire and of termination.

     

    One of the measure believe that you need just to add a filter for the termination blank you get 4236 not 4235 but it close:

     

    Regarding the other measures I assume you need to have some count based on Hire date and termination, but not sure about the data can you please return some more insights

      Regarding HC who are currently working I have solved the problem
      I have attached two formulas that explain my logic both of them work great.

       

      For employees who entered and employees who left
      I tried to rely on a Hire column and a Termination date column and I can not reach the correct number


      Each month comes a file of the employees currently in the organization
      And the calculation is like this
      An employee who was in the previous file and now he is not found so he left
      An employee who was not in the previous file and is now found is new

      base on person Number Column
