Guidance related to PRO License

Hello Everyone!

Hope you all are doing well.

I need some guidance related to Power BI Pro License.

I'm having a PRO License and I have created a workspace for my organization. Is it possible to assign free license to some colleague so that they can access the reports and dashboards that are published in my organizational workspace?

Thanks,

Ibad Khan.

Hi  @Ibadkhan ,

Pro is a license, which is based on the user. It is used to determine the type of operation we can operate on services. Pro license can only cooperate with people who have pro license. You can also upgrade to premium
Premium is a subscription capacity, which is used to determine the content level that the license can access. In the premium capacity, pro can view the content to pro and free license users, and the content stored in the premium capacity can also be accessed and distributed to users without a power Bi Pro license

I don't want to share it via email or any other source. I just want that they can only view that reports/dashboards that are published in the organizational workspace.

@Ibadkhan , Pro with Pro users. New Premium SKU with Premium SKU or have Premium as capacity.

@Ibadkhan - There can be two options- Either buy pro license for those users or publish the content in premium capacity.
