Guages visual not showing conditional color

i have guages visual its showing percentage value  and target value. if  pecentage below 80% values fill color should be red . if fill color above 90 color  should blue . red function is working but above 90 its taking default value .

any idea to slove this

@Anonymous can you make the last one as less than equal to

or make value 1 as 1.2 or 2

Try and check, if that can help
