Guage chart with Dial

How to create a guage chart with DIal in it, like a speedometer, i noticed that default guage chat doesn't have the ability to show dial in it   my measure are actuals and budget, just want to show...

    You can set the Guage axis to the following.

If you want to have two colors in the visual, you need to put the range2 start value to to it.

thank you its coming closer to i need, below is what i have achieved, i need  the shape to be like semi Donut, which is the default visual in Power BI Desktop, see below screenshot
