Grouping rows with only one different column value

Good morning,

I am relatively new to using Power BI and have been tasked with replicating our organisation's SSRS reports using table visualisations. I am struggling to add row groupings for situations like the one below where there are multiple rows and all data is identical, bar the last column (Condition) which shows different values:

I would ideally like to create something similar to the groupings we had in SSRS where you have a single row, but the values that are different show on separate lines, like below:

Is this possible with the table visualisation? I have read a few articles which suggest using a Matrix instead but this doesn't output as required. I think it needs to be a table to show the full content of the report.

Thank you.
