Grouping in table

Question

Hi, I have a table in Power BI, the table contains columns and the first column is the country.

I would like to Group by or something similar by country and after that all the other information.

How can i do it?

I know it can be done in matrix but i want to see all the data, i post som images of what i have and somehow what i want.

marcos_osorio you can achieve this matrix and drill down to all level and turn off step layout on formatting pane, as shown below.
