Grouping by day

Is there a way to produce a visual that would show how many agents were on calls each day? Sample data is attached. Sample data

You can create a date table, with a relationship to the calls table.
And use simple Dax measure :
agents_on_call = DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[Agent])

If you count the agents and put their names ...it will show 1 for every agent ....

It is classik matrix .
Put on rows day << agent name
On values measure that i created.

It is a table and I suggested using a matrix.
I updated the sample file with this option + graph with a tooltip.

Yes, you can modifiy tooltip page size.
From tooltip sheet .Canvas format settings.
