Grouping by day

Is there a way to produce a visual that would show how many agents were on calls  each day? Sample data is attached.

Hi @stribor45 
You can create a date table, with a relationship to the calls table.
And use simple Dax measure :

agents_on_call = DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[Agent])
I created a file based on your sample data, you can download it  From this link

If you count the agents and put their names ...it will show 1 for every agent ....
Is this what you want to show?

It is a table and I suggested using a matrix.
I updated the sample file with this option + graph with a tooltip.

Yes, you can modifiy tooltip page size.

From tooltip sheet .Canvas format settings.

@Ritaf1983 I do have Date table I looked at your example and it looks great. Is there a way to have the agent names there as well?

If you count the agents and put their names ...it will show 1 for every agent ....

I would somehow want to show for each day names of agents on duty so instead for each day showing 

 

Sept 17 3 agents

Sept 18 2 agents

 

show

 

Sept 16 Agent A, Agent B, Agent C

Sept 18 Agent D, Agent A
