Grouping a nested row in a matrix?

Im trying to make Audio Visual its own group in a matrix, and not sure if its possible, or maybe I need a different visual?  While I know I can get the just those two to toal up with a ctrl select, the client was wondering if I could make them their own top category.  Thoughts?

Thanks for the reply from Kaviraj11 , please allow me to provide another insight:
Hi  @JediMole ,

As far as I know, the essence of Power BI matrix is to display data in a hierarchical structure. This is due to the design of Power BI, which shows data according to the priority order of the fields placed. When "Audio Visual" is displayed at a sub-level, the data will only appear under the corresponding main level. If you want "Audio Visual" to be displayed at the same level as the main level data, you might consider changing the data and placing the "Audio Visual" data in the same column.

You can submit an idea for it at Home (microsoft.com) and wait for users with the same needs as you to vote for you to help make it happen as soon as possible.

Best Regards,

Liu Yang

just realized its probably better to flip the sub category over the ledger category to do this!  I duplicated the table and tested it as such.  I must be growing here as I answered my own question, but I still wonder if what I asked it possible.

You can create a new calculated column where you need you need to group them together under same category. Currently, it's under different category.
