Grouping Regions and Countries

I am trying to create expected column table
I believe I require DAX queries or Calculated columns or measures to 
assign countries to their respective regions. But then again, there will be visuals connected to the data table
I also want after transformation there should 
One vendor should not repeat after transformation.
Currently it is on this format in excel, I want to category for Regions >>>Countries for each vendor
