Grouped values in excel file to power bi

Hi experts! 

I try to load my excel file to pbi:

In my excel file columns have merged values, it is kind a groups, but when i load this file to power bi it is looks like this:

Any ideas what i can do here?

Hi,

Select all columns you want to fill then  Fill Down
