Group reorganization

I have two columns that come from the system
product and sub-product
I want to organize and arrange a product so that it includes more sub-product

I know the answer is in Query but I can't find it
I don't want to use data groups so as not to create another column

    Yes, I thought about it, but I don't want to add Excel, because it needs constant maintenance and updating according to changes

     

    I found a solution!
    I multiply the sheet in Query and create a reference between the columns I want
    So they will be updated every time from the system
    But in the sheet I duplicated I create the updated groups according to what I want

    work like magic (:

      Hi , SergioSilvaPT 

       

      I didn't list or share a file because I felt it was simple
      But I will try to explain a little more
      in the attached picture
      There is a product group column "group tolls"
      and a "toll" product column
      The columns come from the systems like this and I have no option to change the group.
      But when it comes to the dashboard
      I would like to create other groups based on the same columns
      For example, "Autopsy" which appears under the "toll" column and belongs to "Yogurt - plain"
      will move to be under "Bok choy - baby"

      I have more than 20 sets of products and more than 1M products

        netanel i think that the best approach is to create a file, for example, an excell with your new groups and connect it to the existing table.

         

        This will facilitate future updates in the groups, because you will only need to change in the excel and refresh the dataset.

         

        Steps:

        1. Create the excel with the new combinations for the groups (must ensure that the names in the toll column are the same as the original table);
        2. Load the excel into the model;
        3. Connect both tables by toll column, with this new table filtering the existing table.
