Group mulitple rows into one

I am wanting to group data from one column into distinct rows from another column, is this possible? I have tried the 'Group By' function but it doesn't seem to do what I want. Here is a screenshot,...

Thanks, got that working.
Next question if you could help again, instead of listing the licenses as a comma seperated list, is there a way to replace them with the word 'Global'? Tried Text.Replace but that didnt work
