Group header for Table Columns

I don't think there is anyother way I can think of doing this.

You can add text box as you mentioned, you can also make the header dynamic with the combination of text box and card visuals with YEAR values in them.

This solution is a bit less customizable than the image reference you show in your post, but it would allow you to add a header directly into the visual.

1. first, create a calculated column (e.g.:  Header = "Header text")
2. Then, use a matrix visual instead of the table visual, and place your new header in the columns, above the other columns (like year) and drill down to show all levels
3. via the formatting tab you can change the layout of the new grouped column header somewhat (but like I mentioned before its a bit more limited than a text box)

Frankly speaking, there is no such feature available as of now. You can go ahead with your proposed idea using text box.

Cheers guys/girls, I will take a look at your solutions, although as an after thought, the text box solution will only work if the table doesnt have a horitonal scroll as the text box would remain static, whilst the year columns would move.

To my knowledge, your requirement could not be realized currently.

But this is at idea/feedback level alone. May be , hopes Power Bi will implement this in nearby future.
