Group elements in a single data row by one of the elements

I have a table:

Columns A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, X

column A = B+C+D

column E = F+G+H+I

column X = category value such as a file name.   There can be multiple columns rows for a given value for X.

I want to display a matrix view of the data where:

• X value is the column header value
• The other columns are the rows and I can bold-faced the sum field

A                    |     30      |     60        |    90

B                    |     10       |     20        |    30

C                    |     10       |     20        |    30

D                    |     10       |     20        |    30

E                    |     40       |     80        |    12

H                    |     10       |     20        |    30

I                    |     10       |     20        |    30

Is the matrix control the one to use and how?
