Group column headers in PowerBI

Hi all

 

Is it possible to group column headers in PowerBI?

I searched extensively on youtube, but couldn't find anything other than rather expensive paid visuals to achieve this goal.

Basically I just want to categorize certain columns together. Similar to this example made in Excel.

 

The visual InfoRiver lets you do exactly this, but I don't want to pay 960 USD / Year for this feature.

    Hi Jakob_BI 

     

    Unfortunately, you would be unable to do this in Power BI Data view. You may consider transforming your data to create a similar outcome in the Report view.

     

    Let me know if there's anything else I can assist with.

      Thanks hummingbird for replying, but can you please elaborate. What do mean by report view?

      I'll gladly transform my data to meet this requirement, but I'm not sure where to begin, is there a guide or article you could reference?
