Group by issue

Hi, I have been working on this forever and I cannot seem to get it to work.  For my project I need both current year and prior year values in the same row.  They come from 2 documents so I have them...
Need Help

    Never mind!  There was an extra space at the end of the 2020 values, cleaning the text resolved the problem.  Thank you all for your suggestions and time, it is much appreciated!!!!

I should have mentioned I already tried that, along with replace null values with blank.  Replacing with blank resulted in an error, and replacing with 0 did not change the output.
