Hi @Nschaefer ,
No, it's impossible to group report pages in the "Navigation" option in current version(Service version13.0.12816.311), you can only group reports and dashboards by creating "New section".
So for your problem maybe you can use “Pin a live page” to create two dashboards named “Kinds Of Apples” and “other fruit”.
Best regards,
Lionel Chen

You could do one thing-
1. Shift all the pages to be grouped into a separate dashboard. It would be visible as a separate group on the navigation of the app under the name of that dashboard.
2. To avoid uploading the same dataset for each of those dashboards (as the dataset will be common for the 2 dashboards ("Other fruits" and "Types of Apple"), you could publish the first dashboard and use its data (through Get data option using the Power BI dataset connector) for the other dashboard.
By chance, if you have drill through to the pages separated out into a new dashboard using Cross Report Filtering. You can refer to this link for implementing Cross Report Filtering.
I agree this might be a very crude way of doing it, but until the functionality is added in Power BI, this is the way to go, I believe. I have personally tried it for my organization.
