Group Data by columns contents

Valnus , The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example?

Hi 

Ok so inside the two colums is information I need to group ( Combine Managerial & M18)  and report on 

So le't's say  Managerial M18 is one group and Managerial M16 is another. 

The amount of people I have will each contribute to the total of the above groups. 

So Managerial M18 = 10 & Managerial M16 = 20 


I have 16 of these groupings that I need to display 

If my total people is 30 ( I have the measure so don't worry about that )
