Group Data Preview "Column Quality" does not appear after the last update

I have updated the final version October 2018 but do not appear "column quality" in group Data Preview. I do not know why reason?

    Did you turn on the feature under options/preview features?

      hi Matt thanks for your answer but I don't find this "option" in preview features, can you please tell me where it is exactly

        My post was more than 3 years ago. I'm sure it's no longer in preview and it is now always there.
