Grey border appearing in Fit to Width View, disappears when viewing in Actual Size

Hello,

I have given orange bordering in matrix which works fine when viewing report in actual size but when I am trying to view the report in Fit to Width option I see a white grey border flashes. Can anyone please help me out. 

Any way I can get consistent output in any viewing format or is it kind of bug?

Believe this is a bug of Power BI there are several reports of similar issues bveing the most common users making borders white or turn off so that they are no visible, and then some lines appear.

What I can tell you is that noone has really pinpoint the error because is can appear randonly on different bvrowser, different screens resolutions.

You can chekc on the issues part of the forum if someone gor an answer about similar issues.
