How do I create a function or querey to show me only data where Value A is less than or equal to Value B? Example: Show items where "Received Quantity" is less than "Ordered Quantity".

So in your screen shot, it looks like you are on a dashboard in Power BI. Yes? Do you have measures with the names that you mentioned, already? Or are these column names?
