Graphic with curves issue

Hello Guys, 

I am currently using Power Bi Desktop (january 2022 release ) and I am struggling with the graphic with curves visual. Basically I can't get curves out of my data my goal is to get a curve out of a X axis which will be dates and my Y axis which wil be a percent scale from 0 to 100. The thing is that in my excel sheet I have my dates in column and I think this is the issue so when I add the data I just have points instead of curves but points along the same X whereas my data in the column is different for each date. As I have different visual that interacts with each other thanks to power bi, I would like to get something like this below, when I select a town for instance like Dunkerque.

Sorry for the table but I couldn't manage to paste it properly.

I wonder if anyone could help me out with this, and also if there is a way to hide the data when the result is 0.
