Graphic with clients each month

Hi! I want to create a graphic with the clients that buy in all months. This is the escenary:

January clients 100

February clients that bought in January 96

March clients that bought in January and February 86

April clients that bought in all previous months  55

etc...

I want to express this in a column bar chart.

Can I do a meadure or something like that in order to achieve this?
