Graph needs in qaurter for 4 years

Based on my test, you can refer to below steps:
1.I have entered some sample data to test your problem in below picture.
2.Turn on the Show dates as a hierarchy feature, it may require restarting Power BI desktop. Create a Line chart visual and add the [Year], [Quarter], and [Random] fields. Modify the X-Axis type from the “Continuous” to “Categorical”. Now you can see the result.
You can also download the PBIX file to have a view.

Hi,
Thanks for taking time and looking at it but this didnt serve my purpose...i tired to create a same table and then link it with my data.
Taking values from my original data and date from new table but it doesnt show any thing...i dont know if i can upload my sample data here...

To find the cause as soon as possible, I would suggest you share pbix file if possible. If the report does contain sensitive data, please upload your report to your OneDrive and send the link to me via private message.
