Graph With Dates
Hello everyone,
I am a new BI user and I have having trouble with a graph.
I have a datasheet with four columns.
Each column is named Letter 1, Letter 2, Letter 3 and Letter 4.
In each column a date is insert depending if a Letter 1, 2, 3, 4 was sent. Therefore each row (which represents users) will have either no date, 1 date or 2 dates etc.
The data is like this:
I need the graph to show the no. of letters and type of each letter (Letter 1, 2 etc) for each date.
Can anyone help please?

Hello Rfranca,
I can't share the excel because it includes private data but i have prepared a mini example. https://files.fm/u/nvnb8bgz
Please note that the real excel has a lot more columns and more data. Also (in case it makes any difference) there are cells that are empty.
I need a graph to show how many Letter's 1, 2, 3, 4 were sent for each day (in specific date may be none, in another a couple of 1's and a couple of 2's in other 3' only and so on) and if possible total Letters 1,2,3 and 4 per month.
I appreciate your time and hope you are able to help with this.

Thanks Dale but (unless I did something wrong) this didnt work. Maybe it has to do that there are other data in the datasheet also?
I have uploaded a mini example of the datasheet https://files.fm/u/nvnb8bgz in case you want to get a better understanding.
